I was thinking about doing some major laws that tend to cause unnecessary deaths in the inner city. Most of the deaths caused by Police, and/or citizens that have some sort of prejudices against certain groups of people. Stop-and-frisk laws tend to cause a lot of tension in New York City between the Police and the citizens. The same would work for the “stand-your-ground” law in Florida. The exigence would be: I chose the topic of stop-and-frisk laws for this project because statistics show the law needs to be revised. The audience I would mainly present this project to would be to the governors and senators o New York City, NAACP, and pro- inner city rights activists. Some popular areas to hit would be places like Sanford, Florida  Miami Gardens, Florida and Ferguson, Missouri. All of these places have ties to innocent young males killed by the Police or someone who thought they were of greater authority to kill “suspicious” youth. The constraints would be the court, and people who believe there’s nothing wrong.

Lowering the price of higher education is also a very important topic I would like to talk about. The exigence would be: I chose the topic of lowering the price of higher education because many students leave college with more debt than they can handle and have a hard time finding jobs to pay off these debts. The audience would be people who can make that change and people who could spread the word. I would go to a few big campuses like The Florida State University and University of Central Florida. I would also present to the Florida Senators and Governors. The constraints would include people who benefit from the large debts college students are forced to face.
